What is a Distance Sessions Like?
​
A distance session can be conducted over the phone, email, video conferencing, or just with scheduling a time for it to be performed.​ Angela is well trained and experienced at conducting distance sessions.
​
Phone/Video/Email Sessions: Some modalities only require a conversation over the phone in order to ask questions and discuss details. These types of sessions include: Free Consultations, Bach Flower Remedies, Emotion Code, and 5 Element Exploration.
​
Distance Energy Work Sessions: All energy healing modalities can be done at a distance. Distance is no barrier to energy and if the pratitioner is properly trained, distance sessions are equally effective (and sometimes more effective) as in-person sessions. All that is needed is an agreed upon time and for the client to be able to rest peacefully somewhere during the session. A phone call (set to speakerphone) is often used during the session to communicate the details of the session. Distance energy sessions can sometimes be more effective because the physical body is out of the way and only the energy is present to be worked on without distractions.

Why would I want a Distance Session?
​
The number one answer is convenience! No need to come to the clinic. They are wonderful if you are not feeling well, if you live far away, if you have young children, etc... Distance sessions are also great for children because they can be done at home where they are comfortable.
​
Don't deny yourself the help and healing you need and deserve simply because you can't come to the clinic!

What does a distance session look like for each healing modality?
​
Nearly every modality can be done as some form of distance session. If the modality you want doesn't have a specific "distance" option, simply put in the notes at time of booking that you would like it to be a distance session.

While this healing modality most certainly can be effective as a distance session, it doesn't sound great over most speakerphones. It is recommended that the session be started and ended with a phone call, but not be on the phone during the session, instead just lie down in peace while the bowls do their work.

However, this type of session can sound jarring on speaker phone and can simply be started and ended with a phone call while the bulk of the session is not on the phone and the client simply lies down in peace while the forks do their work.
