This shows the general zones of the foot where your organ systems are. It’s an easy way to get started with reflexology and foot zoning without being overwhelmed. On the back it gives instructions on simple techniques that you can use.
Fascia Wand
Science is confirming more and more how critically important our once neglected facial is. Not only does it support our entire body and allow intercommunication between systems, but it also is believed to be where the energy meridians of the body run. And all of the fascia of the body can be accessed through the feet using the instructions on the back of the chart. You can choose a 2.5" amethyst wand or upgrade to a 4" orgonite chakra wand.
Stone Ball
A stone ball is very powerful for stimulating the pressure points on the bottom of the foot. The technique is described on the chart. You can choose either a 40-50mm selenite ball or a 40mm stone ball from our assorted stock. Selenite is amazing for cleansing any energy at the same time as providing the pressure, and the stone ball will give a piezoelectric effect to stimulate the body systems. Both are excellent and it is simply personal preference. Selenite is a softer stone than most stones and can be worn down or broken more easily, but will last a long time with proper care. If you have a preference for the type of stone ball you desire, write it in the notes at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.
